Christmas and New Year Hours, Virtual Consults, Pharmacy Access

We will be closing for the end-of-year break at 12 noon on Tuesday 24th December 2019 and re-opening at 8am on 6th January 2020. During this period, the Ascot A&M and Lunn Ave A&M are our nearest facilities for urgent care. 

We also have Online Video Consultations with Dr Catherine Chan available over the holidays. This is a very useful option for a medical consultation during the break, and generally during  the year. More information is on this link

REPEAT SCRIPTS IF YOU ARE ENROLLED ON OUR PORTAL: The Health365 Patient Portal will be operational during the break for regular script repeats, if appropriate and safe. There is a usual prescription charge for this service which continues as per our usual process over the break.

REPEAT SCRIPTS IF YOU ARE NOT ENROLLED ON OUR PORTAL: If you do not have access to our Portal, are a regular patient of our clinic with a stable medical condition, and a regular patient of the following pharmacies, you may be able to get a supply of your usual medication during this period. Please consult with your pharmacist and they will be able to advise you if this is safe and possible for you. There is a usual prescription charge for this service. The pharmacies where this may be possible include: Ellerslie Pharmacy, Harris Road Pharmacy, Unichem Lunn Ave, Mt Eden Pharmacy, Meadowbank LIfe Pharmacy, Ascot Pharmacy, Neills Pharamcy, Sylvia Park Life Pharmacy, Life Pharmacy Pakuranga Pharmacy. Please note this service is only available for those patients who are existing clients of these pharmacies, and for our regular enrolled patients.
